Management Representative Account

ISO 9001 2008 requires under clause 5 Management Responsibility:
5.5.2 Management Representative

Top management shall appoint a member of the organization's management who, irrespective of other responsibilities, shall have responsibility and authority that includes
a) ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained, 
b) reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and
c) ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
The responsibility of a management representative can include liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system.

Management Representative is authorized to Create/Edit/View/Delete following activities:

  • Setup Company (Designation, Departments, Processes)
  • Add/Create Users to the Group/Company
  • Add Employee
  • View System Analysis Reports
  • Plan Events (meetings, audit, training)
  • Create Task Record related to the Event  
  • Update and Assign Task  
  • Monitor Progress of Task   
  • Create Documents (Procedures, job descriptions, formats, others)
    Publish, Distribute, Approve and Obsolete all Documents
  • Create Contacts (Employee, Customer, Suppliers)  
  • Create Work Order and Update Status  
  • Create Products & Items  
  • Create Memo  
  • Manage Internal Communication  
  • Manage Machine and Equipment Record  
  • Manage Product Non-Conformance  
  • Monitor Processes Non-Conformance  
  • Manage KPI (Tasks completion time)  
  • Manage Audit and Reports  
  • Manage Employee Trainings

Employee User Account (Set of 50)

This type of account is ideal for companies who wants to provide limited access to their employees about business information.

Employee Role has the authority to view the content only of the following type:

  • View System Related Documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions and formats)
  • View Upcoming plans and events
  • View Tasks Progress only
  • Attend Online Training course
  • View Training Plan
  • View Personnel File
  • Referred in Non-Conforming Reports
