1. Monitoring of secondary sales and primary sales at distributor level (town wise, city wise and region wise).
2. Monitoring of target vs. achievement at city level, distributor level on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
3. Preparation of city wise trade promotional budget (PAM vs. Actual).
4. Monitoring of assigned volume and value wise primary and secondary sales targets on daily, Monthly and yearly basis.
5. Compile the trade survey at town, city and regional level.
6. Monitoring of distributor investment on daily basis where field officer are based (Top ten distributor who contributes 75% business of company).
7. Monitoring of floor stocks of distributors.
8. Better Communication Bridge with HOD and head office.
Time savings in information sharing from Head office to All ASMs and Sales Operation Department.
