Extruder Machine job Description
Responsibility Machine operator:
1. Follow the job card
2. Check the embossing wheel or printing and also check tools.
3. set the gear and also set the air pressure of caterpilla/capstan and add pvc in hopper.
4. set the heater temperature according to the material.
5. after machine setting get the center check by quality control inspector.
6. check the counter meter before production, apply the printing or embossing that is need.
7. if only insulation process than switch on park tester.
8. Cut the top end of cable and check with quality control inspector.
9. pull the lead to tack up drum and make sure lead has reached to tack up drum .
10. During the running job check the level of wire and condition of cable is ok and also check printing embossing and check rewinding
