Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer requirements and specification
  • Clarify all matters relating to the potential order when committing and signing the tender or receiving the customer purchase order.
  • Follow the procedure of contract review and forward all necessary instruction, specification, and customer requirements to the related production department and keep follow up that the required order is being produced as per customer requirements.
  • Responsible for the implementation and documentation pertaining to the contract review procedure, customer feedback, handling of customer complaints, & Quality records in his department.
  • Responsible to fully understand the quality policy, and ensure to achieve quality objectives.
  • To attend MRC meetings and bring suggestion to improve QMS if needed.
  • Ensure to follow up tenders, sales of products, look after design and development of products according to the needs and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate and help staff working in his management.
  • Identifies & eliminates system non-conformities through corrective and preventive action.

Authorities:

  • Authorize to sign tender documents / contracts.
  • Negotiate business on company behalf.
  • Authorize to approve samples for tender / customers.
  • Time and work management

Minimum Job Requirements:                  Training required at the time of hiring:

Qualification: Graduation                           Quality policy & Objectives

Experience: 5 Years                                    Relevant Work Instructions/Procedures

Training: 6 months                                      Customer Requirements

Skills: Presentation / Communication/ Negotiation
