This meeting has no previous meeting actions, because the meeting held only for implementation and maintenance of QMS in organisation. 1- Decide to review all organisation regarding to running as per procedures. 2- In this regard must be conduct an internal audit and in view of audit findings will make corrective and preventive actions. 3- Next meeting will conduct after internal audit.
