Must be collect customer feed back: C.F.B form filled in CC. Approved supplier list should be maintain: List is maintained in SAP. and monitoring record maintained in CC.

2. Internal Audit Results:

3 NCR were raised in total audited by ISO Xpert dated 22 August 2016. 2 were Minor and one was just as Observation. All NCR's raised during the audit are closed effectively.

3. Customer complaints:

No New complaints received. Now onward all complain will be first recorded in Issue register before being treated properly via CAR system.

4.Company Performance (Client Satisfaction):

Company performance has improved considered previous year, and analysed in real time at the portal. Our Top satisfied customer are: Feroze 1888, Survitec Group, Procon Eng. The AKUH. Out of 35 are avg was 32.
