Job Purpose: 
DATA PRINTING
Reports to: 
General Manager
DATA PRINTING: •             Ensures entire process of Data receiving, data processing, printing & inserting and handing over of finished product is flawless •             Ensures productivity of staff and machines by reducing down time and managing staff breaks •             Ensures timely availability of Printing & Stuffing Machines in proper working conditions •             Develops weekly/monthly print shop operational plans •             Responds to all queries of internal/external customers in timely and effective manner •             Ensures minimum wastage of materials during the print shop processes •             Ensures strict compliance of Standard Operating Procedures in all operational activities •             Improves overall efficiency of the print shop, equipment & staff •             Ensures strict security of Operations where Printing & Stuffing is being done •             Ensures immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution •             Maintains cordial relationship with vendor support teams •             Imparts on the job training & coaching to print shop staff for their personal development & grooming •             Ensures development of effective MIS to keep all activities in control •             Maintains margin of error at ZERO percent •             Establishes mechanism & monitor stationery like Customer material receipt, storage & issuance •             Provides complete and effective feedback on supplies, customer’s data, and job requirements to the management •             Maintains paper/stationary stock levels in effective manner so that all jobs could be performed without any break •             Ensure proper environment and make efforts and measures for tidiness of print shop.
